At MOAM, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely across Kuwait.

Delivery timelines vary depending on whether the item is a standard product or a customized item.

1. Standard Delivery (Non-Customized Items)

For ready-to-ship products that do not require engraving, imprinting, or personalization, delivery is typically completed within:

1–2 business days

This includes items such as:

  • standard accessories
  • storage cases
  • protective covers
  • AirTag holders
  • ready-made gift boxes
  • non-personalized stethoscope accessories

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Customized & Personalized Orders

Products that require engraving, imprinting, or any form of customization require additional production time.

Estimated delivery timeline:

4–5 business days maximum

This includes:

  • engraved stethoscopes
  • personalized boxes and gift sets
  • engraved accessories
  • name tags and specialty holders
  • custom gift notes / cards

We always aim to complete customized orders as quickly as possible while maintaining our premium quality standards.

3. Delivery Coverage

We currently provide delivery across Kuwait.

Delivery availability and timelines may vary slightly depending on the area.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Customized orders begin production only after order details and engraving information are confirmed.

Please ensure all customization details are entered correctly before checkout.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the stated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • high order volume
  • courier delays
  • public holidays
  • force majeure / unexpected operational issues

In such cases, our team will notify the customer as soon as possible.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

MOM is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery requests.
