3. Personalized & Engraved Orders
Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy of all submitted customization details, including:
- names
- initials
- titles
- specialty names
- symbols
- custom notes
Please carefully review all engraving and imprint details before placing the order.
Once production has started, customization requests may no longer be modified.
Customized and engraved products are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is an error from our side.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices shown on the website are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.
Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.
This confirmation does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order.

- cancel orders with incorrect pricing errors
- refuse inappropriate or offensive customization requests
If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued.

- customization production time

MOM shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
